Even though the current implementation is far from what we want, we decided to ask for feedback as soon as possible.
Thus, we used the early prototype for clients to observe how it is used by the potential customers and also to ask them how our platform looks so far.
USER FEEDBACK
Due to the lack of time, we called for help for this milestone to our friends and family.
We showed them our early prototype and let them use it while we watched them in order to verify whether they use the platform as
it was envisioned by us or they face any difficulties.
In the following chapters, we will present a part of the feedback we received from the potential clients of our platform.
Their identity will remain anonymous due to privacy reasons. If it is necessary, we can provide their identity and data privately.
"It seems super easy to make an appointment using PlanInsta!
The color palette chosen for the platform is very beautiful.
I would like to add more images like before and after for each employee of the salons and the possibility of
authenticating with the Google or Facebook account. Keep up the good work!"
"At the moment it seems quite poor in functionalities and has nothing more than the existing platforms.
It is true that it seems easier to make an appointment, but I know what other features you have on the to-do list,
so I know you see me pleasantly surprised in the future.
I can hardly wait for the integration with Google Maps and the notification system for active programming!"
"I expected it to have more detailed reviews for employees, not just the salon rating.
In addition, it would be great if there was info about how many people reviewed a salon.
But I like the design of the platform. Simple and elegant.
I think your advantage could be the use of only photos taken by professional photographers on the platform.

Throughout the whole semester, we kept in touch with Adrian, the one from whom we initially found out about the problem.
Even though he knows that the version for salons is still under work, he wanted to test the prototype for clients,
because he believes that his clients must have an easy way to make an appointment to his salon
and wants to make sure of this before starting the collaboration with us.

Adrian's salon will be the first one to join PlanInsta when the version for beauty and wellness salons will be out!
Additionally, we will contact all the salons that wanted to be notified of our platform's release and ask for their feedback.
If they are satisfied with the results, maybe a new series of salons will be added to the PlanInsta portfolio!
