Starting from the results of the validation process of the problem and the solution (

we decided that our MVP must have the following functionalities implemented to meet the preferences of as many users as possible:

In the following we will present the results that we have managed to achieve so far.
Due to the short time left, we decided to focus on implementing an early prototype rather than an MVP
and afterwards to ask for feedback to check if our solution heads in the right direction
and only if we receive positive feedback to add the key functionalities of the application.
Clients Version
Currently, the PlanInsta version for clients contains the following functionalities:
- The possibility to create a new account
- Login and logout
- Change account data
- The possibility of viewing a list of all salons
- The possibility to search for a specific salon
- The possibility to view the employees of a salon and the services provided by them
- The possibility to make an online appointment
- The possibility to easily choose the employee of the salon and the date and time of the appointment
When a client accesses PlanInsta, he/she will be welcomed by the following window:
As noticed, the main page presents a list of all salons available on PlanInsta platform.
Also, the top bar contains the following 3 features:
- Create a new account
- Log into an existing account
- Search for a specific salon
The following 2 images show how the forms for Login and Sign In look like.
After the client authenticates into his/her account, the top bar changes as follows:
As we can see, 3 new menus are now available: Account, Appointments and Logout.
By selecting the Account menu, the user can update his/her data as shown in the following image:
Coming back to the appointment process, selecting a beauty salon will open a new window containing the list
of the employees and what services are provided by each one.
By selecting the option "Make an appointment", the user has the possibility to choose the employee and to also view
the available slots in a calendar and select the preferred one.

Beauty and Wellness Salons Version
Despite the version for clients, the prototype for the beauty and wellness salons is still in progress as
we are still working for the Front-End part.

What's next?
Currently, we are still working on developing PlanInsta in order to finish the prototype
for the beauty and wellness salons.
Once this is ready, we will focus on implementing the
NICE TO HAVE elements, which will represent the differentiators
between PlanInsta and the existing solutions.
At the same time, we will try to periodically get feedback for the new functionalities in order to ensure that our solution remains
simple to use for our users and that its functionalities meet their requirements.
